The first program is called Mudslingers Flex. This program is designed to help those unsure of their ability to gain commercial financing and would like to know and understand the drive-thru coffee industry – down to numbers.

One of the most asked questions we get from prospective licensees is, "Will the city I am interested in allow for this type of business model?"

It's a great question with many different possible answers. But, until a detailed review is done with the specific municipality, the answer is usually unknowable. That is why we have developed the Preliminary Ordinance Review Program (PORP)

Mudslingers Drive-Thru Coffee Architects and Engineers know how to speak with Planning and Building Officials, and they understand the confusing ordinance and how it applies to this business model. Usually, something can be done to achieve the results our clients are looking for, and that's why Mudslingers has developed this equally important preliminary program.  What are some of the details you need to know?

  • Will my local planning and zoning allow for this type of business model?
  • If so, where are the zoning areas I can place it?
  • Do I have to be hooked to city sewer/water?
  • Do I have to have a restroom?
  • What are the permits required and the fees attached to them?
  • What are the steps to approval and how long do they take?

This PORP is designed to help prospective licensees determine the viability of the drive-thru coffee concept from a planning and zoning perspective in specific markets.
