This PORP is designed to help prospective licensees determine the viability of the drive-thru coffee concept from a planning and zoning perspective in specific markets. Mudslingers Architects and Engineers contact Planning and Zoning Officials to determine the likelihood of success in specific zoning districts; they outline any visible roadblocks, and determine the best approach for approval by P/Z commissions.
