This program is designed to help get you through the initial roadblocks and pitfalls of financing and business lending, so your dream of owning a Mudslingers Drive-Thru can be fulfilled. One of the most asked questions we get from prospective licensees is, "Will the city I am interested in allow for this type of business model?" It’s a great question with many different possible answers. But, until a detailed review is done with the specific municipality, the answer is usually unknowable. Mudslingers Drive-Thru Coffee Architects and Engineers know how to speak with Planning and Building Officials, and they understand the confusing ordinance and how it applies to this business model. The second program is called the Preliminary Ordinance Review Package (PORP), and it is designed to help prospective licensee’s determine the viability of the drive-thru coffee concept from a planning and zoning perspective in specific markets.
